Michael L. Corrente

Mike, a native of Rhode Island, graduated from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy. Mike subsequently moved to Arizona and attended Arizona State University, receiving his Juris Doctor. In addition to receiving his Juris Doctor, Mike became the first ever concurrent graduate of the Masters of Sports Law and Business program, which earned him the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Performance. Throughout his professional career, Mike has an extensive background in tax accounting and corporate law.

An entrepreneur at heart, Mike enjoys working with small businesses and helping them achieve their long term goals. Mike assists businesses in every stage of development, including entity formation and structuring, contracting with employees and third-parties, regulatory compliance, financing, intellectual property, corporate governance, and business acquisitions and sales. Additionally, Mike assists companies facing a variety of complex legal issues, including commercial leasing, real estate disputes, contractor agreements, employment agreements, asset sales and general operational matters. Mike also enjoys working with non-profits, being a long time contributor to Boston Children’s Hospital and a recipient of the highest distinction for pro bono honors in law school.

In his spare time, Mike enjoys cooking, golfing, and traveling. Mike is also the older brother of triplet siblings.
