This Privacy Policy sets forth Dyer Bregman Ferris Wong & Carter PLLC’s policy with respect personally identifiable data (“Personal Data”) and other information that is collected from three groups of users: individuals that register to use or purchase the Services (“Customers”), our Customers’ actual or prospective customers (“Consumers”) and visitors to our corporate website or other websites managed through the Services (“Visitors”).

CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR CONSUMER INFORMATION AS A CUSTOMER

We understand the importance and proprietary nature of our Customers’ customer lists (your list of actual and prospective Consumers), and we will not share Personal Data about your Consumers with your competitors. Non-Identifiable Data: When you interact with Dyer Bregman Ferris Wong & Carter PLLC through the Services, we receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. Dyer Bregman Ferris Wong & Carter PLLC may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by our Paver’s affiliates, agents or service providers. It is important to note that no Personal Data is available or used in this process.

In operating the Services, we may use cookies, pixel tags or other identifiers (collectively, “Cookies and similar technologies”) to help provide additional functionality to the Services, help us analyze Services usage more accurately and collect information about your browsing activities over time and across different websites following your use of the Services. As with our use of cookies, if any information collected through the use of web beacons is associated with Personal Data, we will treat it as Personal Data.
Our Services currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals and operate as described in this Privacy Policy whether or not a DNT signal is received.
