Nathanael J. Scheer

Mr. Scheer practices in the areas of civil litigation, insurance coverage/bad faith, regulatory/licensing issues, and employment law. He has handled a wide range of complex insurance matters involving personal and commercial automobile, property, life, workers’ compensation, general liability, homeowners, professional liability, directors and officers, surplus lines, and excess/umbrella coverages. Mr. Scheer’s practice also includes the investigation and litigation of complex Section 1983 claims as well as employment law matters, including claims brought under Title VII, Arizona’s Civil Rights Act, Arizona’s Employment Protection Act, The American’s with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Over the years, Mr. Scheer has published several article in law journals and other publications.
