Matthew assists businesses and individuals. He represents clients before federal and state courts throughout Arizona and before Arizona professional licensing/regulatory boards. His practice focuses on assisting businesses and individuals in resolving their problems while remaining conscious of the practical economic realities of his clients. He also tries to avoid disputes before they happen by applying the knowledge gained as a litigator in drafting real estate and corporate transaction documents for his clients.
