Joseph R. Rainey

Joseph represents clients in a wide variety of transactional and litigation matters involving business affairs, real estate, and construction. His scope of practice includes complex commercial litigation, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and general business support. Joseph’s real estate practice spans a broad range of issues, whether it be drafting leases for corporate clients or helping individual property owners exercise their rights. As the son of a homebuilder and developer, Joseph has had significant exposure and experience in the construction industry. He utilizes this firsthand experience to assist contractors and owners resolve construction issues and disputes. Such includes advising contractors in connection with disputes arising under the Purchaser Dwelling Act, preparing and negotiating contracts for large commercial projects, and representing individuals seeking to enforce their property rights.
