Chuck graduated from Arizona State University in 1992, earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Management Systems. After ASU, Chuck earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Quinnipiac University College School of Law in Hamden, Connecticut in 1999. While earning his Juris Doctor degree, Chuck was a member of the International Law Society and was awarded the Academic Achievement Award for Advanced Civil Procedure. Chuck was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2000 and has been practicing law in Arizona for over 20 years.

Upon graduating, Chuck served as an Assistant Attorney General with the Child Enforcement Division for two years. He represented the State of Arizona on all child support issues, including establishments, enforcement, paternity and child support arrest warrants. Chuck was often required to draft complaints and motions, and to argue before the Superior Court of Arizona.

Chuck’s practice areas include representing clients in personal injury matters, as well as probate-related litigation matters, wills, trusts, conservatorships, guardianships, elder law, adult exploitation, mental health law and other areas of law as it pertains to his cases.
