Dyer Bregman Ferris Wong & Carter PLLC , a mid-sized law firm in downtown Phoenix is seeking a Probate Attorney to work for and under the mentorship of its dynamic Partners. The position involves contested and uncontested probate matters. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience working with individuals and families in the areas of probate and trust administration. Must be admitted in Arizona.

The candidate will need to be responsible, confident and able to manage their own case load under supervision. Must work well individually and as part of a team and be willing to go above and beyond to successfully meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements:

• Required for this position is an active Arizona State Bar license in good standing;
• Excellent writing and communication skills;
• Excellent research skills;
• Knowledge of current Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure;
