Dyer Bregman Ferris Wong & Carter PLLC , a mid-sized law firm in downtown Phoenix is seeking a Civil Litigation/Business Transaction Attorney to work with its dynamic Partners. The position requires 3-5 years as a litigator/trial attorney with commercial transactions, business sales and mergers, and commercial/residential real estate transactions experience. This individual needs to have demonstrable success in jury trials.

The candidate will need to be responsible, confident and able to manage their own case load. Must work well individually and as part of a team and be willing to go above and beyond to successfully meet the unique needs of our clients.

Requirements:

• Required for this position is an active Arizona State Bar license in good standing;
• 3-5 years of civil litigation/trial experience and business transaction experience;
• Excellent writing and communication skills;
• Excellent research skills;
• Knowledge of current Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure;
