Dyer Bregman Ferris Wong & Carter PLLC, a mid-sized law firm in downtown Phoenix is seeking a Business Transactional Attorney whom will work for and under the mentorship of its dynamic Partners. The position involves commercial transactions, business sales and mergers, and commercial/residential real estate transactions. This individual’s responsibilities will include: analysis of transactions and problem solving to ensure smooth transactions and client communication.

The candidates will need to be responsible, confident and able to manage their own case load under supervision. Must work well individually and as part of a team and be willing to go above and beyond to successfully meet the unique needs of our clients.

Requirements:

• Required for this position is an active Arizona State Bar license in good standing;
• Excellent writing and communication skills;
• Excellent research skills;
• Knowledge of current Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure;
• Fluent in Mandrin and/or Cantonese.
