Bernadette Ishak
Associate Attorney
Bernadette was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology at Arizona State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and earned the Moeur Award for academic excellence. She then attended Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University where she successfully earned her Juris Doctor degree. While in law school, she interned at a small immigration firm, worked as a legal research assistant, participated in the ASU Law mentor program, and was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal.
After she was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona as a licensed attorney, Bernadette worked as an associate attorney at one of the largest personal injury firms in Arizona. While there, she advocated for her injured clients by negotiating and settling their personal injury claims against various insurance companies. She also gained experience in conservatorships in order to protect the interests of her clients, many of whom were minors.
Bernadette has always believed in defending the injured or vulnerable and she prides herself on assisting her clients through difficult situations. She is compassionate and strives to help her clients when they’re faced with legal matters involving Guardianships and Conservatorships, as well as Probate and Trust Administration.
Outside of the office, Bernadette enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and watching hockey.
